During my 1.5-year tenure as an Associate Analyst, I specialized in SAP S/4HANA's SD Module, focusing on order management and billing operations for Deloitte USI. My role centered on translating complex client requirements into actionable solutions by developing system logic and bridging communication between stakeholders and technical teams. I contributed to end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensuring accurate billing implementations and efficient delivery of SAP solutions. SAP - SD Functional Experience

End-to-End Configuration & Customization:
- Proficient in Order Management (order types, item categories), Billing (invoice types, account determination), and Pricing (condition techniques, rebates)
- Hands-on experience in Output Determination (print/workflow setups) and Returns Processing (credit memos, goods receipt)
EDI & Integration:
- Configured and monitored SD-related EDI IDocs for seamless data exchange with external systems
- Troubleshoot IDoc failures and ensured smooth order/billing document transmission
Core Functional Configuration:
- Implemented Partner Determination (sold-to, ship-to hierarchies), Text Determination (dynamic customer/vendor communications), and Output Determination (print/email triggers)
